Vincenza DiUbaldi is the Business and Contracts Manager in the Office of Technology Licensing where she is responsible for managing the office’s financial operations. These include the collection of royalty payments and distribution of proceeds to inventors and departments, the processing and payment of legal expenses, the collection of accounts receivable from licenses, and the processing and recording of miscellaneous expense transactions. Vincenza also negotiates and executes material transfer agreements (MTAs).
Prior to joining the Office of Technology Licensing, Vincenza worked for 16 years in Princeton University’s Office of Audit and Compliance where she performed departmental, restricted funds, business expenses, payroll, and athletic compliance audits. She also managed the recruitment of accounting majors for the department’s Internal Audit Internship Program. Prior to Princeton University, Vincenza held positions at KPMG and Cytec Industries.
Vincenza holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
