Tom Voigtsberger is the business and contracts manager in the Office of Technology Licensing where he is responsible for managing all of the office’s financial operations. These include the collection of royalty payments and distribution of proceeds to inventors and departments, the processing and payment of legal expenses, the collection of accounts receivable from licenses, and the processing and recording of miscellaneous expense transactions. He also negotiates and executes material transfer agreements (MTAs) as well as licenses for commercial software developed by Princeton University inventors.
Voigtsberger received his B.A. from Kutztown University and his M.B.A. from Rider University. Before joining the Office of Technology Licensing in 2008, he worked for 27 years in Princeton University’s Office of Internal Audit.
